Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every sip, but if you are not satisfied with your Waterdrop® order, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened food or beverage products.

Return Process

  Ensure your products are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
