How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
Are Waterdrop® products suitable for diabetics or those on a keto diet?
Yes, our Microdrinks are completely sugar-free and contain less than 5 calories per serving. We use a hint of sucralose or stevia for sweetness, making them compatible with diabetic and ketogenic lifestyles.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
